Mr. Swanson developed his love of cooking while helping is his beloved grandmother in their family restaurant.  After years of cooking with his family at Swanson's Cafe, Victor decided to establish Biggie's Taste of Soul. Today, Victor and his team serve some of the best soul food in the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area.
